For people who adores wildlife here comes Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival. Hosted by the Brevard Community College, Titusville Campus. Here's a basic for those who are oblivious to this facility, Titusville Campus of Brevard Community College opened in 1979 specializing in information technology and environmental, natural and life sciences. Which is also coherent by its location near the Kennedy Space Center and the Canaveral National Seashore.

Stardome's The Sky Tonight

Ever wondered about things you don't see beneath the sky? This August come to One Tree Hill Domain, Auckland Central between Tuesdays- Sundays. Join Stardome at 8pm for the Stardome’s most popular show where you’ll learn about the planets, stars and constellations that are visible in the August night sky.

Following the 40-minute tour through August’s night skies, Stardome presenters will give you some unique insights into the myths and misconceptions about the science of astronomy, space and everything in it and the space travel that has taken place to explore it.

Once you’ve heard fact separated from fiction the Stardome team will take you outside into the courtyard, and, weather permitting, spend time viewing the night sky through telescopes.

Aotearoa Film Festival 2009 – Te Wananga o Aotearoa, its name, which is in Māori, literally means "University of New Zealand" is again honoured to host the 2nd Annual Aotearoa Film Festival, screening at their Rotorua Campus, August 13th and 14th 2009.

One of the remaining genuine outback at the top end of the Northern Territory will be sharing the delights of it’s premier events. Come to Darwin Australia and experience the premier event on the Top End community calendar, where city and country come together for three days of competition, entertainment and displays of primary industry, horticulture, art, craft, cooking and photography – The 58th Royal Darwin Show. The official opening is Friday July 24 followed by a parade of livestock and machinery. Visitors of the Royal Darwin Show can enjoy equestrian events, sideshow rides, varied live entertainment and a wide assortment of food and drink stalls that reflect the multicultural nature of Darwin.

Two hundred fourty stalls and counting are expected to display variety of products and information and the animal nursery is extremely popular. Horses feature throughout from dressage and show jumping to working stock horses and polocrosse matches. The show closes with a spectacular fireworks finale. The party starts at 7:00 pm be sure to dress up. FULL STOP will start at 7:30pm to play the best of the Ska music. 8:30pm will call on the HUGE Mardi Gras FIRE & FIREWORKS Display. And more concerts and shows at by 8:45, 10;00pm, and 11:30pm by the KINGSTON, MIDNIGHT YOUTH and your favorite GENERAL LEE, respectively.
